Apostille's

An apostille is a special certification for a notarized document, from the Secretary of State, for use in foreign countries. If you are a dual citizen, or are going on vacation in a different country, or even a business that requires special documents in foreign countries, you may require an apostille. This Service can take all day, requires an in person court house visit, is very technical, and should always be handled by a notary.

Documents presented by a non notary could be rejected. Notary verified document are 100% accepted every time. Apostilles are full service packages, including the pick up and notarization of the needed document, routed to the court house for an apostille, and returned back to you in the same day.

My Elite Notary Services offers one of the most affordable apostille packages in the state of Arizona. While other companies can charge well over 2 grand for a complete set (6) my notary services offer a complete set for less than half that price.

Apostille - Single document - $250

Additional Documents up to 6 - $50 each

Apostille Full set (6) - $500

6 is the maximum amount of documents you may bring to the Secretary of State at once.

What is an apostille? And why may you need one?
