Notary Services Start at $55 for Mobile Notary Appointments, & $25 for in office appointments. Your First Document is included in your appointment fee, each additional document in only $10. Signing Agent Services are priced separately from notary services. {see below} We can help you with the following

Signing agent services include: Real estate packages, court documents, loan paperwork, etc.

Loan Modifications - $75 Loan Applications - $50 Court Documents - $65 Buyer | Seller | Refinance | HELOC | Reverse Mortgage - $150 In town Travel - $25 Out of town Travel - $55 Print/Scan/Courier/Mail Drop - Starting at $25, may increase due to distance and print size. Your travel fees and print fees {if applicable} are an addition to your signing fee.
